Registration fees

In order to register for the ICSE2015 conference, please follow this link and enter your email address to initiate the registration process. Credit card payment is accepted via website and also by phoning (number and instructions below)’.

Delegates can pay over the phone leading up to the conference if they contact the Treasury Team in the Student Centre on +44(0)2477652255.

Delegates paying by phone are asked to e-mail ICSE2015 to let us know that payment has been made.

Delegates will need to state it is for the “Systems Engineering Conference”, provide the coding which is “13044-1”, the amount they are paying and their name which should be used as the reference.

For those delegates wanting to pay on the day colleagues from Coventry University Finance will be there for Tuesday and Wednesday AM. Delegates can pay on the day by cash, card or cheque.

Delegates wanting to pay on the day by card will need to pay at the Student Centre where the card machines are located.

The online payment system is still not operating but if this comes online in the next 24 hours we will announce this - we apologize for this situation.

Conference fee is £520 (with discounts for students and single day rates). Full-fee includes the Conference proceedings, Welcome Reception, Refreshments, Conference Banquet and Farewell Party:
